Most business processes already work. They work in six spreadsheets, an inbox, and one person's memory of what happens when the amount goes over fifty thousand.
We build the system that holds them instead: quotes, orders, approvals, documents and cases moving through defined steps, with the rules, the current state and the audit trail in one place.

Where a thing is, who has it, and what it is waiting on.

What happened, who decided, and what they could see when they decided it.
Approvals and cases
Work that moves between people, changes state, and has to be findable afterwards. Thresholds, delegation, who can approve what, and what happens when the person who normally signs is away.
Documents and orders
For Klarvinduer we built the online experience for ordering made-to-measure windows and doors — a configurable product where the order has to be right, because it is manufactured to the measurements it carries.

Integrations
A process system earns its place by talking to the systems that already hold the data — ERP, finance, document storage, whatever is genuinely there. We build those integrations rather than asking people to re-key.
Where AI helps, and where it does not
AI is good at removing manual reading and sorting: classifying a document, pulling fields out of it, ranking a queue. It is not good at carrying responsibility. We use it for the first and leave the decision with the person who has to sign for it.
